Keren Burney is a Hampshire based singer-songwriter, singing in a mix of genres from jazz and folk to pop and country.

                                                                                                                                         PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR EVENTS LISTINGS!

“The singing was lovely. Everyone enjoyed it. So glad, we had you for a double gig.” Annie, Hampshire – (garden parties, July 2018)

 “Thank you Keren for the most enjoyable entertainment. We all enjoyed it so much.” Village Club, Hampshire (December 2018)

Often admired for its “lovely tone”, the voice easily matches the lower notes for jazz standards from the great Contraltos, yet rises through the register to Mezzo and Soprano.

Inspired by Joan Baez, Linda Rondstadt, Nina Simone to mention but a few, Keren can pull off a cover of Sally by Gracie Fields, or Dream a Little Dream of Me from Doris Day;

… moving to Puppet on a String from Sandie Shaw, Top of the World by the Carpenters, or Bare Necessities from the Jungle Book; and happily relaxes into Autumn Leaves and Fields of Gold in the mood of Eva Cassidy.

“Keren Burney also has a lovely voice.”      The Petersfield Herald.
